1. Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

- Delivery address
- Selected product/design
- Quantity and any applicable options
We may contact you to confirm your order before processing it.
2. Cash on Delivery
At the current time, Artiva Print only accepts Cash on Delivery (COD).
No payment is required when placing the order online. Payment is collected when the order is delivered.
3. Prices
All product prices displayed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless otherwise stated.
Prices and offers may change without prior notice. However, once an order has been confirmed, the agreed order total will be communicated to the customer before delivery.
4. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer.
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, order volume, and circumstances beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and an active phone number so the courier can contact them.
5. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once the customer has explicitly confirmed the order details and total.
If we are unable to reach the customer to confirm an order, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the order.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability.
If a selected product or design becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer to discuss available alternatives or cancel the order.
7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your Artiva Print purchase.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
For customized or personalized products, returns or exchanges may not be available unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
8. Incorrect Customer Information
Artiva Print is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to respond to the delivery courier
Additional delivery arrangements or charges may apply where applicable.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

We do not require customers to make online payments at the current time.
